The Board of Directors consists of the Chairman, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, three Executive Directors, one Non-Executive Director, Heads of Departments and the Company Secretary. At the helm of affairs of the management team is the MD/CEO, through whom information is disseminated down to other officers of the organization and vice versa. Board/Management Team

Chairman:

Arc. Kola Akinwande is a practicing architect and a board member of Arch Taste and Co. He is a product of Ogun State Polytechnic, where he bagged HND in Architecture. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Maths/Computer Science from Federal University of Technology, Minna. He is a Director of many other companies in Nigeria.

Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer:

Mr. Abraham Orhevba,is a product of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka and University of Ibadan, Ibadan where he bagged an M.SC (Hons) in Geophysics. By share providence he developed an interest in information technology, hardware sales and services, and has been at the helms of affairs since 2002.

Managing Director Compovine Technologies U.K Ltd:

Mr. Kayode Orhevba is a product of University of Westminster (Formerly Polytechnic of Central London) and Thames Valley University Ealing where he bagged HND in business and finance and a B.A in Accounting and Finance respectively.This astute, honest and diligent man has been given the responsibility to head the newly established U.K office. He would bring to bear his wealth of experience in many diverse field of human endeavour. His knowledge of London and U.K in general would help to fast track the growth of the company in U.K. His training in accounting and finance would be of great value to the service of the company. Mr. Kayode Orhevba worked for London Borough and Wandsworth Council as a member of the Housing and Asylum Team until 2001 when he decided to go into business by himself and he has been in the mini-cab business since then before he joined the workforce of Compovine Technologies Ltd in charge of the U.K office.

Executive Director Administration:

Mr. Thomas Joseph is a product of Federal Polytechnic Bida where he bagged an HND in Business Administration and Management. He is experience and vast in administrative matters. He has worked in many organizations before joining the company.

Executive Director Finance:

Mr. David Dimeji Olatubosun HND, ACA, AAT is a product of The Polytechnic, Ibadan where he bagged HND in Accounting. He is chartered accountant with a lot of experience in auditing and taxation. He had been involved in auditing for some government parastatals, corporate organization and World Bank / African Development Bank assisted projects in Nigeria. The Company has benefitted immensely from the experience of this chartered accountant.

Executive Director Engineering:

Mr. Olamide Adeoye, is a graduate of Federal University of Technology, Minna, where he bagged a B.Eng. (Hons) in Electrical/Computer Engineering. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers and CCNA. He is experience and vast in V-SAT Installation, Internet and Web Design and Installation. He is familiar with Cisco products. Head,

Sales and Marketing:

Mr Oluremi Benjamin has an HND in Business Administration and Management from Federal Polytechnic, Bida. This young energetic man sits at the head of our sales and marketing department.He is simply gifted in marketing. He rose through the ranks to head this department. As a young marketer he had raked in millions of Naira for the company. He is simply good at his job.

Head, Engineering and Software Development

Mr. Sunday Abiodun Adepitan is in-charge of our Engineering Department. He is a hardware and software engineer with a lot of experience in repairs and installation of all types of systems and software development. He has developed computer softwares for many organizations. He is now the General Manager of the company in charge of Abuja.
