Disciplinary action is not designed to punish or embarrass an employee.

Description

Unacceptable behaviour at the workplace are misconducts that cannot be tolerated, To correct behavioural deficiency, management use disciplinary actions. Examples of such misconduct include:

- Theft or Fraud

- Dishonesty

- Use of inappropraite languages

- Insurbordination

- Failure to an employer’s reasonable and lawful instruction

The Employee Disciplinary Action Form contains a simple form that you can use to document the disciplinary action that you have taken. Remember that your records will be most useful if you promptly complete a disciplinary action form every time you have to take action, whether it takes the form of a conversation or a formal written notice.
