  7. Thou shalt commit to seeking out ways to personally recognize the contributions of deserving employees on a regular basis.
  8. Thou shalt recruit people who fit the culture you are building and nurturing.
  9. Thou shalt make the hiring, appropriate promotion and training of managers one of the company’s highest priorities.
  10. Thou shalt brand the company’s version of Employee Engagement and sell it as an integral part of the way the company provides value to its stakeholders.
