Corporate Recruiter

Job location: Lekki phase 1

We are sourcing to fill the role of a recruiter, who is passionate about identifying and placing the right talents with the right roles.

Requirements

• Must understand full life cycle recruiting.
• Experience with mass recruiting for junior/entry level role.
• Ability to manage recruitment information systems for analysis and presentations.
• Recruit high calibar candidates with a zero budget.
• Familiar with social recruiting, job boards and online databases.
• Sales and marketing  accumen for a superior employer brand.
• Understanding of HR administration -onboarding, documentation, performance, sanctions, and exit management.
• Ability to manage hiring managers in a deadline driven environment.
• Ability to manage the internal politics in corporate recruiting.
• Candidates with experience from agency recruiting are welcome to apply.
• Minimum of 3 years core recruitment.
• Bachelors degree (HR certification or training is a plus)
